CUTTER, Richard A.- Attorney at Law, of Wakefield, entered into rest on May 4, 2016 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Roxanne (Lipkin) Cutter. Dear son of the late Simon and Edith (Hurwitz) Cutter. Devoted father of Howard E. Cutter and Doreen of Bridgewater, Marja S. Barr and Paul of Longmeadow, and Hillary E. Cutter of Brooklyn, NY. Loving brother of Judith Isaac and George of Waltham and Nancy Wiener of Sunrise, FL. Cherished grandfather of Jenna and Madison. Richard was the beloved son in law of Gladys Lipkin. Richard was a caring and loving son, husband, father, father in law, grandfather, brother, son in law and uncle. He was devoted to his profession and a dedicated public servant. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 1:00PM at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel- 10 Vinnin St., Salem, MA 01970. Interment will be held at Beth Israel Cemetery- North Reading, MA. Memorial observance will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard’s name may be made to Jewish Family & Children’s Service- 1430 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02451 or to Suffolk University Law School- Office of Advancement- 8 Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108.
