GORDON, Stanley C.- of Marblehead, formerly of Newburyport, entered into rest on November 29, 2016 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Ellen (Rosenfeld) Gordon. Devoted father of Seth Gordon and his fiancée Emily Foster of Marblehead. Loving brother of Howard Gordon and his wife Sheryl of Peabody. He was the former Master of the Masonic Lodge in Newburyport as well as the President of Brotherhood at Temple Israel and served as their Temple President. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 9:30AM at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin St., Salem, MA. Interment will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery, Peabody, MA. Family and friends are invited to gather immediately following the interment at his late residence in Marblehead until 8PM and will continue on Friday from 10AM-2PM, Saturday from 7-9PM and on Sunday from 10AM-4PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Stan’s name may be made to The Chelsea Jewish Foundation, 240 Lynnfield St., Peabody, MA 01960.
