

BEVERLY – Mr. Stanley J. Siegel, age 83, of Beverly, formerly of Peabody. Entered into rest Tuesday morning, February 17, 2015 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. Beloved husband and soul mate of Myra (Epstein) Siegel. Born in Boston, dear son of the late George and Beatrice (Raphel) Siegel. He was a graduate of Roxbury Memorial High School and received his license as a plumber and pipe fitter.
An honorably discharged veteran, he served his country during the Korean Conflict as a member of the United States Army, where he saw active combat in Korea.
In addition to his wife, with whom he shared forty years of marriage, he is survived by two devoted sons, Elliot Fixler and his wife Tammy of Kensington, NH and Larry Fixler and his wife Joan of North Andover; two loving sisters, Irene Ginsburg of FL and Anita Ginsberg of Danvers; three cherished grandchildren, Emmalee Fixler, Evan Fixler and Jason Fixler and his wife Lisa and uncle of several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
His funeral service will be held at Temple Beth Shalom, 489 Lowell Street, Peabody on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 12:30 PM. Interment at Temple Beth Shalom Memorial Park, Danvers. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan Street Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923 or to Temple Beth Shalom, Peabody.
