Susan Jane Salkovitz

Susan of Middleton, MA died peacefully on October, 25 2025 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of late Barry Salkovitz. Devoted mother of Marnie and Josh and stepmother of Shari Geissler. Cherished grandmother of Lauren, Nicholas, Lily, Fin, Oliver & Ruka. The loving sister of the late Ada Goldstein. Dear daughter of the late Louis and Sylvia Brownrout.

She grew up in Buffalo, NY, graduated from University of Pittsburg, and raised her family in Peabody, MA. She programmed computers in the telecom and banking industries. She was a dedicated member of Temple Ner Tamid and volunteered for many years as a NICU baby cuddler and at Middleton town hall elections.

She loved spending her winters at her home in Florida where she cherished golfing, theater, majong, canasta and spending quality time with family and friends.

A funeral service for Susan will be held on Tuesday, October 28th at 10 AM at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin Street, Salem MA with interment at Children of Abraham Cemetery, 260 Beacon Street, Lawrence MA.
