Armando was born on February 12, 1932 in Alberhill, California and was the son of Luis and Carmen (Bracamonte) Garcia. Armando married Diana Hackwell and worked as a aircraft parts manufacturer.
He is survived by his wife, his children and his grandchildren.
A family gathering will be held. Inurnment will take place at Belcrest Memorial Park. Howell, Edwards, Doerksen Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
