Alan was born October 20, 1956 in Salem, Oregon. He graduated from North Salem High School. Alan worked in paper printing. He enjoyed the outdoors and being with his friends.
He is survived by his children, Scott Ladd and Samantha Lea Fowler; his grandchildren, Haylie Ladd, Greyson Ladd, and Riley Ladd; and his siblings, Bruce Ladd and Kathy Ladd.
