

She was born on August 1, 1954 in Salem OR to Lucy and Lee Wallace.
Debbie grew up in Independence, graduating from Central High (class of 72)
Northwest Bible College (class of 75) and attended Minot State.
While attending Northwest, she met her future husband and love of her life, Fred Inkelaar Jr. They married in 1977 and lived in Oregon most of their married life.
Debbie and Fred always had a heart for young people. For many years they were foster parents and they made lifelong bonds with too many to count. Several kept in touch through the years.
Debbie liked numbers. She became a Licensed Tax Preparer and went on to have her own business for well over 30 years.
Debbie is survived by her sisters, Becky Murphy (Kerry), Christine Stewart (Steve), Glenda Dennis (Michael), and Delores McCoy (Eugene), a grandson and several nephews and nieces.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Lucy Wallace, her husband Fred Inkelaar Jr. her brother Charlie Wallace and their foster son, Tim Gutierrez.
Debbie will be remembered for her generosity, her quiet strength, love of family, a good game of Rook and most of all her deep faith and love for Jesus.
