Eddie was born in California and lived the last 41 years in Salem, Oregon. He was the son of Martin Puentes and Maria Rosa Lopez. A brother to Audelina, Jose Martin, Manuel, Martha and Miguel. He was the loving husband to Kathy for 28 years. A father to Freddie, Lisa, Nicole and Michael and a step-father to Patrick, Todd and Nicholas. He was Papa to 18 grandchildren and to 6 great-grandchildren.
Eddie was a music loving, traditional family man. He enjoyed doing many things in life, including sports, and most recently Golf. He enjoyed traveling with Kathy to Maui, which was their forever honeymoon place. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and family.
Eddie leaves a legacy of always putting family first. He will be deeply missed by his Family and Friends.
