Having met Aunt Jean only one time, I always remember how sweet she was. I have always thought she was beautiful.

Aunt Jean loved telling the story of the Newton family trek from NB to OR...she was 11 years old, I was 3 weeks old and she was the one picked to go to a stranger's home to get my bottle warmed. Jean wasn't too happy about that but none the less, she took good care of my sister and me while our mother worked in the berry fields in Oregon. Fond memories of Aunt Jean will always be tucked away in my heart. I love you Aunt Jean. Bonnie Engle
