She married Billie Wayne Isbell, who passed away in 2002. Ethel leaves behind 1 brother and 1 sister. She was a loving mother to 4 children, Billy (who is with her in heaven), Lydia, Melvin and David. She is survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Ethel loved walks on the beach to collect shells, tulips were her favorite flower and she loved the color red.
Her remains will be in Missouri with her husband Billie, who was the love of her life.
She will be missed by all who knew her kind and loving spirit.
