Goldie Mae McDonald

Golda (aka Goldie) Mae McDonald was born April 10th 1933 in Pond Creek, Missouri to Dora and Irvin Treat. The second of eight siblings. She grew up during the depression but she was never poor. Always telling how they never went hungry and always felt loved. Which for mom was the 2nd greatest treasure next to her love for Jesus Christ. She grew up in Missouri and California being raised by her grandfather, a United States Marshall. She married Feb 29 1952 and had four sons. In 1982 she entered the next phase of her life as a single mother. In the late 80's she opened her own business Professional Alterations that later became Alterations Experts. She retired in 2005 due to cancer. She is preceded in by death by son John McDonald parents Dora Aubrey and Irvin Treat brothers Junior Treat, Ernest Treat, Lonnie Treat, James Treat, Samuel Aubrey. Sister Elsie Treat. Survived by sons and daughter in laws Michael and Galina McDonald, Tracy and Tami McDonald, Gary and Tamara McDonald. Grandchildren Tiffany McDonald, Kayla Nunn, Mariah McDonald, Jason McDonald, Autumn McDonald, John McDonald, Stephanie McDonald David McDonald. Great grandson Lucas Nunn and sister Elwanda Iskendrian.

Services with be the 3rd of December, 2:00 pm at the Mt View Wesleyan Church at 111 Main St. In Aumsville
