Judy was born in Salem, Oregon to Lloyd and Ruth Collins in 1944. She was one of three children – All Girls. She graduated from North Salem High School in 1962 and shortly after graduating she married the man of her dreams, Darrell Edwin Evenson. They soon began there family by having three children, Darren in 1966, Deven in 1968 and Davis in 1972. Judy was a remarkable woman who was full of life….she enjoyed being a housewife caring for her family (especially Darrell), going to the beach, gardening, painting, caring for animals, collecting and restoring antiques but most of all she enjoyed being with her family playing with her children and grandchildren. She was always strong willed and determined ~ never willing to give up. She was the true captain of the ship, Darrell definitely did what he was told by her and her only. She was a true giver, she never would ask for anything in return. She was a powerful wife, a wonderful mother, a spectacular grandma, a terrific sister ~ She was the Queen. She will be missed but never forgotten by all that knew and loved her.
