Kevin James O’Malley was born to Phillip and Patricia O’Malley on November 13, 1956 in Caster Valley, California. He passed away peacefully in Salem, Oregon on December 2, 2023 with his loving wife, Anne by his side.
Kevin lived some of his life in Portland, Oregon beginning in the 70’s and had five children. In 1989 he moved to Salem and was a co-developer of the Legacy SQL Server Application that was created to manage education in the Oregon Department of Corrections. He met his wife, Anne in 1999 while working for the State of Oregon and they became married in 2003.
In 2001 Kevin and Anne joined the Harley Owner Group Salem Chapter where Kevin became the Webmaster. They enjoyed poker runs, friday night rides, fundraisers, parades, traveling all over Oregon, and meeting new people. Being part of the chapter re-sparked all of his artistic talent.
All of his life, Kevin was a phenomenal artist. He begin tattooing in 2005 and by 2008 he opened his own shop, Ink Daddy Tattoos. He developed a huge clientel along with Anne, and together they won the Best of the Willamette Valley award for ten years in a row.
Due to Kevin’s stroke and cancer diagnosis, Kevin and Anne decided to close the shop on October 31, 2023. They greatly appreciated all the love, support and good memories that were shared while Ink Daddy’s was open.

He is survived by his wife Anne; sister, Donna O’Malley Biagini; five children; step-daughter; grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
