Lewis W. Latimer was born on March 26, 1931 in Hillsboro, Oregon to Francis and Pearl Latimer. Lewis was married in 1954 to Joyce Wood and together they enjoyed 58 years of marriage until Lewis' passing on October 31, 2012. Lewis enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling and gardening in his free time.
Lewis is survived by his lovely wife Joyce and three children; Dennis and Penney of Salem and Sherry of Portland.
Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, November 7, at 1:00pm with Reception to follow at Howell-Edwards-Doerksen Funeral Home, Salem, OR.
