Lisa Marie Moody

Lisa Marie Moody Passed away in the late hours of April 3, 2025, after battling a long illness. Lisa was born on May 2, 1969, in Salem, Oregon to donna Moody & John King. She was raised by her loving stepfather William Matthews. Lisa was a beloved mother, adoring grandmother, precious sister, and friend to many. Lisa leaves behind her beautiful daughters, Jennifer Flores, Sophia Flores, & Alisha Flores; grandchildren, Joshua, Danny Jr., Adrian, Magic, Mikey, Mason, Orlando, and Mia; siblings, Kerry King-Hoffman, Annette Morris, Randy King, Terry Pennington, Kelly Chastain. Lisa was preceded in death by her mother Donna Matthews, fathers William Matthews & John King.

Lisa attended McNary High School in Salem, Oregon. Lisa was blessed early in life with her beautiful daughters. She was so proud of them and became a homemaker that loved to cook for her family. Lisa was a strong and kind woman. Lisa loved the water & camping. Her favorite pastime was driving. She loved road trips especially to the beach. Lisa loved country music, dancing, & thunderstorms.

We know we can no longer have you here on earth, but we are at peace knowing you are in heaven flying free with the angels. Please join Lisa's family on April 13, 2025. Viewing will be at Virgil T Golden Funeral Services from 12PM to 2PM. Celebration of life will be at White Oak Apartments in the main building where we will share in some food, reminisce, & celebrate the beautiful life of Lisa Marie Moody. Please feel free to bring food to the celebration.
