Lou Victoria Moore

Lou Victoria Moore, 94, was born on September 13, 1931, in Sacramento, California, and died on September 12, 2026. She later made her home in Salem, Oregon, and will be remembered with deep respect and enduring gratitude for the quiet warmth she brought to those around her. To many, Lou was a steady presence—someone whose kind-hearted nature was felt in simple moments and lasting ways, and whose memory remains truly cherished.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Moore (Keith Scott) of New York, New York; grandsons Timothy Moore Jr. and Tyler Moore, both of Corpus Christi, Texas; her niece Lynnette Chertorisky of Sacramento, California; and her nephews Brian Chertorisky of Sacramento, California, and Michael Chertorisky of Rosemead, California.

She was preceded in death by her son, Tim Moore; her brother, George Chertorisky; her father, Victor Chertorisky; her mother, Sabina Chertorisky; and her husband Ernest Moore.

Lou’s life will be honored in the hearts of those who knew her, and her legacy will continue through the family who loved her and the many lives touched by her gentle spirit.
