Karen and Denise,

Dads are more than special people - they are our childhood heros and protectors! Then they become the wonderful grandfather to our children...

My best memories of your Dad are all very food releated - Sunday biscuits and gravy at St Mary's in Shaw, parish dinners at Our Lady of Lourdes in Jordon, chicken dinner at Sacred Heart Church in Gervice, and the Knights of Columbus oyster dinners on First Friday's. One year after the parish dinner in Jordan, we drove up to the acreage he had. He was recalling the trips you made as a family to the "trees". I could tell he was proud of you and very glad to have had those times with you.

I know you will miss him. All our love and prayers, John and Jeanette Smith
