Phyllis was born in Dayton, Ohio to Oren and Hazel Wray. After marrying Walter Stewart, Phyllis and Walter raised three children, settling in California.
Phyllis was adored by her large family. She happily made it past her 100th birthday and will remain in the hearts of many forever.
Phyllis is in the care of Howell-Edwards-Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors, Salem, Oregon.
