She was born in Portland, Oregon on October 4, 1940. Rosemary graduated from Cleveland High School.
She was married to John Rex Elliott on January 11, 1974, who predeceased her in 2015.
Rosemary worked in various secretarial and Judicial Assistant positions for the City of Portland, Multnomah County, and the State of Oregon.
She had a passion for gardening and yard work, playing clarinet in high school band, playing softball, bowling, golfing, traveling, knitting, and watching her Atlanta Braves play baseball.
Rosemary is survived by her daughter, Sherrie Underwood, stepdaughters Sharon Fahrner and Barbara Elliott, grandchildren Sheena Toops and Stephanie Gillespie, step-grandchildren Devon Fahrner, Kyle Fahrner, Tyler Thompson, and Rex Fisher, her older sister Dorothy Olsen and several great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be held a 1:00pm, January 23, 2025, at Howell, Edwards, Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Home.
