Rosemary spent many years working with children and teachers in primary education. She had a happy life as a mom, educator, and wife to General McNeely, Jr (predeceased).
A celebration of life for Rosemary will be held at a later determined date at Capital Baptist Church, 3000 Lansing Ave NE, Salem, OR 97301.
