Ruth and Walt were united in marriage on Dec. 6, 1947 in Reno Nevada. The Lord and her family were her life. Ruth was a devoted mother of 13 children. Ruth loved the Lord, lived as an example before her children and was always ready to give what she had to others. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by 10 children, 42 grandchildren and many great grand kids, family and friends. Visitation will be held Sat. Dec. 13, 4-8 p.m. at Devorss Flanagan Hunt Mortuary.
Funeral will be held Sunday, Dec. 14 at 2 p.m. at Church of the First Born, 3742 S. West St. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 11:00 am at Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Junction City. Howell, Edwards, Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangments.
