Ruth passed away peacefully in her sleep just three weeks shy of her 72nd birthday. She lived in an adult foster care home because of health issues. She was happy with the care she was given because she was treated like family.
Ruth liked country music and lilacs. She loved to paint and enjoyed gifting her paintings to others. She was very fond of her cat named Ringo. She worked on a small yacht as a cook and vacationed in London. She was a very giving person. Luck was on her side once when she won a diamond through a contest. She also enjoyed the lost art of exchanging letters and cards through the mail.
Ruth was raised in Portland with a twin brother and two sisters. She also had eleven half¬siblings who lived in California.
