Wanda is survived by her husband, Wallace C. Calkins, son Verne William (Bill) Stanley, daughter Suezanne Pollock, stepson Kim Hofmann, 14 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. She loved the Lord all her life and was a loving mother, grandmother and aunt to all her many extended family members.
Wanda had a remarkable green thumb and loved to tend her orchids, flowers and cacti.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on January 4, 2013 at 1pm at the First Nazarene Church in Salem, OR.
