“Together Forever”
Bette Knight Cornia, age 84, passed away August 2, 2010 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was born November 26, 1925 in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, to Algie Porter Knight and Ila Udell Knight.
Bette graduated from West High School and married Willis Howard Cornia July 2, 1946 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was a bakery clerk/manager at Albertson’s for 14 years. She loved working her yard and caring for her flowers.
Bette is survived by her daughters, Linda (Mark) Hagmann; Kathie (Duane) Singleton; son, Gary H. Cornia; brother, Gerald Knight; sister Geraldine Smith; two granddaughters; nine great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; three sisters; one brother; one grandson and one great-great grandson.
Graveside services will be held Friday, August 6, 2010, at 12 noon at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 S. Highland Dr. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the services at the Mortuary.
