Diane Visser

Diane Visser 1941 ~ 2011 Diane died peacefully, surrounded by her family April 8, 2011. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Garth and Irene Van Campen. Diane graduated from West High School. She married Andy Visser on June 6, 1959. She loved her family, reading, traveling and spending time with Andy at their cabin. She was especially proud of her four granddaughters and great granddaughter, her many nieces and nephews and the very special dogs, cats, and horses that were part of her life. Diane was a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine, serving as High Priestess in 1994-1995. Diane is survived by her husband, Andy, her children; Mike (Chris) Nelson, Debbie (Mark) Moulton, her siblings; Dennis (Jan) Van Campen, Joyce Higbee (Marcie), four grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents. Services will be Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Evans and Early Mortuary, 574 East 100 South, SLC. The family will receive friends Monday April 11th, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services. Interment will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery immediately after the service, followed by lunch at the Masonic Temple, 650 East South Temple, SLC. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Intermountain, Unit of The Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children, 1275 Fairfax Avenue.
