Kenny and Megan, Emerie is so fortunate to have you as parents. Your selfless love and care for this precious daughter of God while she was on earth was beyond phenomenal. She's in another wonderful environment of love now all healthy, watching and wanting all the best for her family her on earth.

I was one of Emeries nurses that went to her home to care for her. She was a little ray of sunshine and definitely my favorite patient I have ever had. I am so thankful and blessed to be able to be a part of the Fannin’s lives. One of my favorite memories was Taking her out in the backyard and swinging her in the her swing. She loved it and would be so relaxed even after having a hard day. She would light up when she saw her mommy, daddy, and siblings. I will miss her little spirit beyond belief. I will forever be grateful for Megan and Kenny’s trust in me to care for their little angel.

Emmy, we miss you so much! Your sassy eye-rolls and your love for the water and waves proved that you take after Aunt Tiff! 😂 You faced so many trials and challenges in your short life, but you were blessed beyond measure with amazing parents! Kenny and Megan we love you guys so much and we can only begin to fathom your pain and grief. You gave Emmy the best life and did everything in your power for her. And Megan, she never went a day without an adorable hairdo! The girl was always stylin. Emmy will forever be in our hearts.
