Faye H. Mitchell passed away July 9, 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born August 21, 1919 in Mendon, Utah. Faye loved to play golf and talked about it often. She is preceded in death by her parents and dear friend Ted Miller. Graveside services will be held at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 2:00pm.
