Our brother in law, Jack, was a great person who loved to joke and laugh, and he esp. LOVED Sylvia's homemade pies! We enjoyed sharing dinners occasionally with he and Nita, and our visits to their home was always filled with humor about the crazy antics of their adorable dog, Oscar the Dachshund! Our family is sad to lose this wonderful man who brought so much joy to his family and ours over the years.
There is always comfort found in the Scriptures. I Thessalonians 4:13-14 says, "And now, dear brothers, I want you to know what happens to a Christian when he dies so that when it happens, you will not be full of sorrow, as those are who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and then came back to life again, we can also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him all the Christians who have died."
To dear Nita, and children Michael, Sheri and Brad, may you find peace in knowing how much Jack and your father was loved and respected by our family...we will always have fond memories of him.
Our love and deepest sympathy, Doug, Sylvia, Carrie, Barry, Brett & Sean Buchanan
