She led an active life, participating and working with Eastern Star-Mizpah Chapter, P.E.O., and was an
active member of the First Baptist Church. She volunteered her time at the Veterans
hospital and the University of Utah Medical Center.
Travel was a staple in her life and she shared her travels with her family. Not only did she enjoy exploring Utah and the surrounding states, she was a frequent international traveler with stops in the Middle East, Asia, Brazil and South Africa.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, four sisters and three brothers, and is survived by her son Richard (Diane) three grandchildren Richard Jr, Michael and Michelle; two sisters Jean Robertson and Billie Tripp along with numerous nieces and nephews. During her final months, she was cared for by her sister Jean and niece Melinda, both of whom the family is deeply grateful.
