

Mary Louise (Linam) Giglio 73 passed away on Saturday September 14, 2013 in Pleasant Grove, Utah. She was born November 19, 1939 in Phoenix, Arizona to AJ and Angeline Linam. She attended catholic school, until her family moved to Buena Park, CA where she attended Fullerton High School and graduated with the class of 1957. She went on to attend Fullerton Jr. College where she graduated as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in 1959. She did her internship and worked her early years in nursing at UCI hospital in Orange County. She later moved to northern California and continued nursing at O’Conner Hospital in San Jose until she retired in 2001 to care for her mother. She enjoyed being a nurse and caring for others. She is preceded in death by her parents, and brothers Michael Dwayne, and Roman Jay.
She is survived by her sister Leeann Linam, children; Anita (Chris) Ruiz, Toni, Ralph A, Ralph B (Laura) and Harley (Roxanne) as well as 9 grandchildren and niece. She will be missed by many. Though we mourn and shed tears of sadness and sorrow, we celebrate in the fact that she is reunited with her parents and siblings who have passed on before. Her legacy will continue through the lives and love of those left behind. Her hobbies and interests included bowling, reading, attending and watching on T.V. various sporting events, playing cards and spending time with friends and family. We also want to give a special thanks to Verna, Sherlynn, and Bill of Alpha Omega Hospice as well as family, friends, and those that spent countless hours giving comfort, preparing meals, as well as lending extra care and visits. Your actions never went unnoticed and your acts of kindness and charity will forever remain in our hearts. A celebration of her life and memorial will be held in Southern California.
