Dear Sisters of Patrick,
I was so very, very sorry to her that Patrick passed away. I knew him when he ran his Kite shop Breakin' Wind in Cedar City when he helped me get a special event off the ground. He was always so supportive and encouraging and just plain fun! I knew I could always stop in at any time and get positive feedback that helped me to go forward. I read the obituary and it really made you remember him with a big smile.May he rest in peace. Respectfully, Mary and Stevan Payne, Cedar City, Utah
