Stephen Bruce Cluff was born January 15, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah to William Bruce Cluff and Blanche Miller Cluff. He married Calleen Bennett on July 14, 2001 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Steve is an alumnus of the University of Utah where he studied computer programming and played the saxophone in the marching band. After graduating, he joined the United States Airforce and was promoted to title of Major and received an honorable discharge.
Steve loved to golf, dabble in the stock market, listen to music, and go fishing with his brother-in-law Carl. He enjoyed living at Bear Lake in the summer, but his favorite pastime was his racehorses, which took him to many different places where new friends became like family. He also loved making Bear Lake raspberry jam and homemade peanut clusters and share them with his family and friends.
Steve had a gift of telling hilarious jokes and taking wonderful care of his friends and family. That was most important to him.
Steve’s family would like to sincerely thank Inspiration Hospice and Ashford Assisted Living and Memory Care for their love and compassionate service they showed to him. We would also like to express our thanks and acknowledge many of Steve’s friends that helped with his care. We could not have done this without you. Steve will truly be missed!
