














I don't even know where to start, 
Alex was such a good person. He became my friend when I worked with him at the police dept. He would always laugh at things Id say, and would always say I could always make him laugh.  He loved his family, and was so proud to be a grandpa. I'm so sorry for your loss and I am sad that I did not get to go see him as I was also dealing with the loss of my mother. He will be missed but never forgotten! My deepest sympathy goes out to your family. Alex was a great friend.

Dearest Bea, Diane and Alex Jr.,
My deepest sympathy is extended to you during this very sad time.  Your husband/dad was a tremendous person, and leaves behind a great legacy.  He fought a good fight!  He is no longer suffering, and has joined his mom in heaven.  My thoughts are prayers are with you.

I first met Alex when I worked for Safeway 34 years ago.  Alex and I began talking about our life's and special interest.   When we discovered we both had a fascination with Martial Arts and the late Bruce Lee we became very good friends.  We cultivated a very trusting friendship over the years.  Alex was very good at heart and would always offer the shirt off his back to help anyone, change a frown into a smile, change sadness into laughter and shake hands with a stranger.  Although I have lived away from San Angelo all of my adult life, I always knew Alex was there to  lend an ear and reminisce about our adventures and or mishaps as young men and laugh until sunset.  Of all the countless telephone conversations we have had, we always hated hanging up the phone even when we were totally exhausted from laughter.   Now, I shed many tears for no one will ever be such a good friend to me as Alex was.   I want to say to his family that although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer.  Sincerely, Michael W. Sellers
