Angel Cardenas Franco

Angel Cardenas Franco, 36, of San Angelo, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017. He was born to Jose and Julia Cardenas Franco on August 10, 1981 in San Angelo, Texas. Angel married Danielle Shannon Berryman on October 31, 2008 in San Angelo, Texas. He was a member of Veribest Baptist Church. Angel was a man of many talents, but especially musically and artistically. He was quick witted and extremely intelligent. His greatest joy was derived from his children, whom he adored. Some of his most loved moments were playing in various bands with Joshua, Tevin, Nieves, Rudy and Kyle. Angel and his many gifts will be missed greatly. These gifts he passed on to his daughter. Angel is preceded in death by his mother, Julia Franco.

Survivors include his wife, Danielle Franco; daughter, Julia Kay Franco; son, Ezekiel Thomas Truitt Franco; father, Jose Franco; siblings, Andrea Macias and husband, Roland, Mary Padilla and husband, Alfredo, Christina Bejil and husband, Joe, Pamela Contreras and husband, Carlos, and Abram Macias and wife, Priscilla; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a time of visitation and rosary at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Johnson’s Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in the Johnson’s Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in the Johnson’s Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to one of Angel’s favorite charities: The One More Light Fund – Music For Relief at www.musicforrelief.org.
