Betty Carol Johnson, 60, of Fort Stockton passed away Sunday, May 1, 2011. She was born December 6, 1950 in San Angelo where she grew up. She married Randy Johnson August 5, 1978 in Campwood, Texas. She enjoyed crafts, music, fishing and being outdoors.
She is survived by her husband Randy Johnson of Fort Stockton; her mother Juanita DaCosta of Kerrville; 2 sons: Christopher Scherrer of Cincinnati, OH and Chester Johnson of Fort Stockton; 1 daughter Kelly Cockburn of Fort Stockton; 2 sisters: Sharon Reisner of San Angelo and Donna North of Kerrville; as well as 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mills Caraway officiating.
