Mr. Lee passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at his home in Vancourt. He was born on July, 14, 1945 in San Angelo.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents Dorval and Hazel Wheeler Lee and son, Bobby Joe Lee. Survivors include his son, Randy Lee and sister, Barbara Lee Jameson and husband Cohler. He is also survived by nieces, other relatives and friends.
Always ready to help a friend in need, Billy will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his love of his family, friends, horses, dogs and roping. Truly, Billy Joe Lee could be best described as "Forever a Cowboy".
