Charles Harrison Hight

Charles H. Hight, 89, of San Angelo, joined his Lord on January 17, 2014. He passed away peacefully at home after a lengthy illness. Graveside service with military honors is at 2:00 PM Monday, January 20, 2014, at Little Saline Cemetery, London, Texas. Charles was born on April 24, 1924, to George and Nellie Hight. He began service to his country in the US Navy serving during both World War II and Korea. He followed this with 30 years civil service for the US Air Force as a heating and refrigeration technician. He is survived by his wife Ruth; their children, Phylista Dudzinski and husband Randy of Mexico Beach, FL, Anita Hight and husband Steve Dahl of Albuquerque, NM, Randy Byrd and wife Karla of San Angelo, TX, Nita Jameson and husband Glyn of San Angelo, TX, Michael Maples of Dallas, TX; and 11 grandchildren.
