

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, May 31st in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with Darrell Smith and Charles Smith officiating. Arrangements are by Johnson's Funeral Home.
Clay was born February 8, 1910 in Silverton, Texas to T.E. and Dixie (Northcutt) Stevenson. He was a resident of San Angelo since 1945 and a member of the Business Men’s Bible Class.
Clay was owner of San Angelo Dental Laboratory and retired in 1997. He loved hunting and fishing and was a charter member of the San Angelo Gun Club. He was a member of the Exchange Club and was President of the Dental Guild in the ‘50’s.
Clay was married to Leura Miller on May 1, 1933 in Phoenix, AZ. She preceded him in death on January 26, 1997.
Survivors include his daughter Barbara Morris and husband Alvin of San Angelo; two grandchildren Steve Morris and wife Emma of League City, TX. and Deborah Woods of San Angelo; four great grandchildren Natalie Robertson and husband Ross of San Angelo, Stacie Stein and husband Bill of Jamestown, N.C., Steven Morris of Houston and Stephanie Johnston and husband Drew of New Braunfels; nine great great grandchildren and one brother Charles Stevenson of San Angelo.
Clay was a true gentleman and dressed in a suit and tie every day.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Business Men’s Bible Class at Manor House or your favorite charity.
The family of “PaPa” Clay would like to thank his many dear friends at Rio Concho Manor for their love and friendship for the past 15 years. He felt so blessed everyday for every one of you.
