Cynthia Ann Carter Wiley

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 12th in Johnson’s Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jim Benson officiating.

Cindy was born October 22, 1950 in Abilene, Texas to Ellis M. and Virginia (Clements) Carter. She was a Registered Nurse and a resident of San Angelo since 1974.

Cindy was married to Nathan Wiley on May 22, 1969 in Abilene, TX.

Survivors include her husband Nathan Wiley of the home; son Shawn Wiley and wife Tara; daughter Missy Barton and husband Dusty; grandchildren Breanna Wiley, Meagan Farris and Justin Barton and sister Carolyn Moschetto and husband Jim.

She was known as Mimi to her beloved grandchildren as well as to many others. She cared deeply for her many animals. Her many interests included gardening, antiquing as well as cooking for family and friends. She loved people and loved helping others.
