Delfina married Jose on September 20, 1945 and had seven children.
She was a proud member of the Church of Christ. Delfina had a passion for cooking and baking and will especially be remembered for her sweet bread and tortillas she made for her family and friends.
Her father and mother, Refugio and Natalia, her husband, Jose, her son, Enrique, and her daughter Maria preceded her in death.
Delfina is survived by her son, Alejandro Lopez and wife, Consuelo Lopez, her daughter Julia Martinez and her husband, Crespin Martinez, her daughter, Josefina De La Cerda and her husband, Homero De La Cerda, her son, Venancio Lopez and his wife, Yolanda Lopez, and her daughter Natalia Zuniga and her husband Roman Zuniga. Many, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren also survive.
A visitation for Delfina will be held Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Johnson's Funeral Home, 435 W Beauregard Ave, San Angelo, Texas 76903.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Johnson's Funeral Home.
Delfina will be laid to rest in Miles Cemetery, Miles, Texas.
