Doris Kohutek

Rosary will be held at 6:30 PM Monday, April 8th in Johnson’s Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 9th at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Doris was born December 28, 1928 in Taylor, Texas to Victor and Anna (Kneblik) Sladek. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church.

Doris was married to Johnny Kohutek on July 30, 1947 in Rowena, TX. He preceded her in death on July13, 2004. She was also preceded in death by two sons Steven and Patrick Kohutek and her sister Joyce.

Survivors include her children Blake Kohutek and wife Susie of Big Lake, Becky MacGregar of Big Lake, Mark Kohutek of Midland and David Kohutek and wife Becky of Big Lake; 18 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; daughters-in-law Bonnie Kohutek of Miles and Carol Kohutek of San Angelo and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jason, Josh, John, Jarrod, Casey, Jeremy Kohutek, Mikey Lynch, Scott and Ryan Clark.

Doris was a fantastic wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, aunt and friend and will be missed by all.
