Graveside service is at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Lawnhaven Memorial
Gardens, conducted by Kevin McSpadden. Arrangements are by Johnson's Funeral Home.
Effie was born March 13, 1917 in Concho County to Thomas J. and Annis New Atwood. She married Charles Bilbrey on June 15, 1940.
She was preceeded in death by her parents, her husband, son Kenneth Bilbrey and son Stanley Bilbrey, two sisters and 6 brothers.
Survivors include her Daughter-in-law Barbara Bilbrey of Fort Worth, Grandson Chase Bilbrey and wife Tina, Great-grandson Korbin Bilbrey and Great-grandaughter Riley all of Dallas, Nieces Nelda Rae Martin and Norma Ruth McNeely of Katy and numerous other nieces and nephews.
