Evelyn Wyatt, 89, on Thursday, August 5, 2021, was escorted into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was born on June 23, 1932 in Tom Green County to Clarence and Alva Jones and was a lifelong resident of San Angelo. She married Sam Wyatt and lovingly raised 5 children.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; husband Sam Wyatt; daughter Juanita Wyatt and grandson David Fairchild.
She is survived by son Danny Wyatt; daughter Sandra Wilkins and husband Rodger; daughter Debra Estes and Jay Sanchez and son David Wyatt and wife Carol; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
Today Heavens gates opened for our mother Evelyn Juanita Wyatt! She worked hard for all those she loved – She raised 5 children to be strong and independent – she made sure we knew the Lord – respected others – and to love! We often didn’t have what we wanted but she managed to give us what we needed .. she loved to travel and often when places alone because she “wanted to Go”! She would explain later she loved animals especially birds --- loved flowers – trees – plants of all kinds and had a great green thumb – she had an awesome sense of humor and much love for anyone – We are blessed she was our Mother and for the life she made for us growing up – we have a lot of treasured memories because she was determined to make us happy! We will miss you so very much Mom – THANK YOU FOR BLESSINGS WE MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN AND FOR THOSE WE WILL CARRY FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS WE LOVE YOU.
