Grace Jean Jean Beaver

Jean Beaver, 64, homemaker of Big Lak, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015 in Big Lake. She was born to the late, Billy Joe and Gracie Mae Simmons Bonell on October 31, 1950 in Monroe, Louisiana. Jean married Kenneth Malcom Beaver on February 8, 1968 in Irann, Texas. She was of the Baptist faith. Jean enjoyed her morning coffee, visiting with friends at Grandma’s Kitchen Café. She spent countless hours reading and watching her favorite television programs. She will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. Jean was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Beaver; children, Danny Beaver and Darcy Russell; grandchildren, James, Laci and Katy; several great grandchildren; siblings, Janice Fields, Billy Wayne Bonell, and Jerry Bonell; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services were held at 11:00 am, Thursday, May 28, 2015 in the Glenrest Cemetery, Big Lake, Texas. Friends and family may sign the online guestbook at www.johnsons-funeralhome.com . Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson’s Funeral Home of San Angelo.
