Guadalupe Luna Sr., 68, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, in a local hospital. A wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at Johnson's Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at Johnson's Funeral Home with Pastor Antonio Lucio officiating; burial will follow in Eola Cemetery. He was born Dec. 8, 1944. Survivors include his son, Lupe Luna Jr.; his daughter, Angela Luna and husband Michael Cervantes; seven grandchildren, all of San Angelo; his brother, Jose Luna Jr. of Rio Grande City, Texas, Leonor Bautista and husband Rudy, Edna Cortez and husband Pablo, Mary Fernandez and husband Deacon Abel, all of San Angelo, Texas, along with numerous nephews and nieces as well as great-nephews and nieces. Pallbearers will be his nephews; Johnny Rivera, Fernie Torres, his great-nephews Jose Hernandez, Daniel Hernandez, and Johnny Parra and dear friend Joshua Faqua. Daddy you will be missed dearly by your children, grandchildren and all your family. We all love you very much.
