James Thomas "J.T." Lambert

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Louise Lambert in 1992. He is survived by his special granddaughter Courtney Jones and her husband Henry Jones along with his babies Ashlea, Breana, Erin and Kaylee Hudec of San Angelo who were his pride and joy; also his children Michael Lambert of San Angelo, Darla Lambert of Klamath Falls, OR and Deneen Noah of Tulsa, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

We love him very much and he will be greatly missed. Special thanks to the staff of HOSA, especially Debbie who was his special caregiver.

J.T. was such a character. He loved western movies and was a huge John Wayne fan. He was an avid harmonica player and always enjoyed a get together. He was always ready and willing to do anything for anyone. He was known to all children as “Papa”. He retired from Rainbow Oil Co. in 1989 and was a truck driver for many years. He was known to many friends on the CB as “Box Car”.

A Memorial Service and Reception will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 10th, 2013 at the Apostolic House of Worship, 1202 Preusser Street, San Angelo, Texas. Pastor Tim Wood will officiate. Arrangements are by Johnson’s Funeral Home.
