Jeanie Lea Everett was born on December 23, 1966 to Milton Lawdermilk and Beverly Bell. She was raised in Mertzon, TX, where she graduated from Irion County High school in 1985. She married and had two sons Ethan and Chyenne Everett. Her boys were her greatest love in life. Her door was always open and her house was never empty, full of her son’s friends and family. Her kitchen was the heart of the house and she loved cooking for everybody. Jeanie’s joy was throwing big parties with lots of friends, family, food, and music and she could take your money in a game of pool and washer pitching. Jeanie was a good ol country girl who would give you the shirt off her back to help you. She was hardworking, honest, straight talking and full of laughter. She was respected by many and all her kids, nieces, nephews, and family valued her opinion. She wouldn’t back down to anything once she set her mind to it. She loved her job at Knox Oil Field Supply and will be greatly missed. Jeanie is survived by her sons Ethan and Chyenne Everett; father Milton Lawdermilk, Jean Lawdermilk; mother Beverly Bell and husband Calvin Bell; sister Janna Lawdermilk; nieces Lori Sentell and husband JT, Daisy Glaspie, Abby Lawdermilk; nephews Levi Sparks, Collin Lawdermilk; grandparents John and Martha Barnes; and many cousins.
