Chapel with Father Rosario officiating. Burial will be tentatively January

21, 2013 in Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe, Hawaii.

Keegan was born June 25, 1999 in Yokosuka, Japan to Alex and Linda

(Grimstad) Neil. He was a home school student and beloved son.

Survivors include his parents Alex and Linda Neil of San Angelo; brother

Kailan Neil of San Angelo; grandparents Gilbert and Vicki Neil of Arkansas;

Dave and Donna Henderson of Illinois and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
