Mary Benham, 82 of San Angelo, TX passed away August 15, 2017. She was born in Spur, Texas on September 22, 1934. Mary Benham graduated from Abliene Senior High School and graduated on May 26, 1953. She was married to Jack Benham on July15, 1966; who predeceased her on February 27, 2005. Mary Benham worked in retail for Thornton's in Brownwood, Texas. She had a passion for puzzle books, Bingo, and collecting porcelain dolls. She was survived by her sons; Paul Poindexter, Joe Poindexter and wife Brenda Sheppard Poindexter, and daughter, Kayla Benham; grand daughter Crystal Poindexter; great grand-sons Cameron Gideon and Steven Kyle Baird; and her siblings Laddie Paul Thomas and Jennabeth Dickens. She is also leaves to cherish her memories many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her loving grand- daughter Melanie Poindexter Baird. By her wishes there will be no services.
