Neal passed from this life on October 8, 2013 at his home in San Angelo, Texas at the age of 56.
Neal is survived by his daughter Cassandra Freeze and her husband Kirk and their son Jack; and son Joshua Harris and his wife Jennifer.
The family will have a private Memorial Service at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the home of Cassandra Freeze.
